Everything is handmade by me, except for my prints that are made by a third party printing company so wait time on prints is dependent on their customer workload, as soon as I receive the prints and I am happy with the quality you will be notified about the package being shipped to you.
Wait time
Once you place your order, I will contact you with a shipping date. Please allow 7 business days from date of purchase for your jewelry items to be made and from 1-4 weeks for custom artworks. Prints can take up to 3 weeks to be printed, checked and ready to ship.
If you have a specific date that you need a piece by, please get in touch to chat about whether it can arrive in time.
Shipping
All jewelry purchase orders are shipped from Costa Rica within 7 business days of receiving your payment (post offices are closed Saturday and Sunday).
Prints and artworks are up to 3-4 weeks depending on my workload. Packages to the United States, Canada & Europe generally arrive within 14 business days from the date of postage, although occasionally up to 20 days.
Please be aware that during different times of the year i.e. Easter, Bank holidays, Christmas, the volume of postal items is much higher and across the world post offices close for these periods so if you are ordering for a specific event (birthday, holiday, etc) bare this in mind and order early with enough time for it to arrive.
In Costa Rica the postal service is closed for the week of Easter. Christmas and New Year has closure dates too.
For shipping purposes I will need your full name, full postal address written in the format of your country, your email address and your telephone number.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lydia Beech Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lydiabeechart@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
