Handmade Charm
With all of my art (excluding prints) each piece is handmade so no two pieces will ever be identical but this I believe adds to the charm and is cherished by those who appreciate the artistry of the human hand.
I do my best to match each piece to the photograph listed on my website. You can request to see more images of your chosen artwork or jewelry items before or after payment, and before they are shipped. Please make sure to properly check the sizes listed before purchase.
Images may appear differently on various computer or phone screens due to variations in display technology and calibration. Colors can subtly shift from one device to another, but I make every effort to ensure that the images I provide offer as accurate a representation of color as possible.
Exchanges and Refund Policy
If you receive your jewelry items and have a breakage or defect in your jewelry that is fixable, if a repair is possible you may ship it back to me and I will do my best to fix it so that it is the same or as close to as possible. This covers rare defects in the materials or workmanship, it does not cover normal wear and tear usage, accidental or neglectful abuse. Please read the section on how to care for your jewelry in order to not encounter distress on your jewelry. If you have any queries about a refund or exchange please contact me, with photographs to see if it constitutes either.
If for some reason the items you purchased don’t work out, I accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt. Exchanged items must be in pristine, unworn and unused condition, and include all original packaging and tags. Please contact me for the return mailing address.
Refunds are not offered but you may exchange or get a credit towards other pieces.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees on exchanged orders, including the shipping on exchanged items.
It is recommended that the item be sent back in a trackable manner (Priority Mail or the like). If the item is mailed in a non-trackable manner, I am not responsible for it being lost or damaged.
Custom Orders
There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
I am happy at all times to communicate with you about your custom order to ensure that you are getting exactly what you want. Due to the nature of it being custom personalized to you and unable to be sold to anyone else, there are no refunds. This is the policy of Lydia Beech Art on all custom projects; jewelry, prints, custom paintings, custom hand painted clothing.
